Rooted in the Earth. Honoring the Female Body.
An educational experience for women in Oaxaca.
This experience is designed for women who want to understand their bodies as a whole — not as separate parts, but as a living, intuitive system deeply connected to the world around them.
Through plant-based nourishment, conscious movement, sustainable living, and cultural learning, we explore how the female body responds to rhythm, food, rest, and environment.
The body is not separate from the Earth.
It mirrors it.
As a yoga and Pilates teacher, I guide daily movement practices that invite you to listen to your body — not control it.

Together, we explore dualities that exist within us: strength and softness, stability and flow, grounding and expansion. We learn how plant-based nourishment can support energy, digestion, and hormonal balance — not through restriction, but through understanding. Just like the Earth, the female body moves in cycles. In this space, we slow down enough to observe, respect, and work with those rhythms — instead of against them.
