From Play to Purpose
Since I was a little girl, I used to play that I was traveling. I would line up my teddy bears in a row, pretending we were on an airplane.
I didn’t know where we were going.
I only knew we were going somewhere.
There was always movement.
Curiosity.
Wonder.
I think a part of me has never stopped boarding that imaginary plane. As I grew up, travel became real — but the feeling stayed the same.
For me, traveling has never been about luxury or escape. It has always been about learning.
Learning how other people live,
how they cook, how they move, how they relate to the Earth.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t searching for places. I was searching for connection. Somewhere along the way, I chose a minimalist life — not because I wanted less, but because I wanted depth. Material things stay behind. Experiences remain in the body. As a yoga and Pilates teacher, I have learned that the body remembers everything: what we eat, how we breathe, how we move, how we rest.
And I began to ask myself: What kind of experiences do I want my body to remember?
My life slowly rooted itself in plant-based nourishment, in conscious movement, in water awareness, and in deep respect for the communities I visit.
I am deeply inspired by how the female body mirrors nature — cyclical, intuitive, powerful, and sensitive.
The more I simplified, the more I understood.
Heaven from Earth was born from that little girl who lined up her teddy bears and believed in the magic of going somewhere new. But today, the destination is different.
It is not about going far. It is about going deeper.
